On the basis of a management buy-out from Price Waterhouse Deutschland GmbH the P+W Group was founded on 1 July 1994 as an auditing, tax advising and trust corporation. We concentrate on guiding large international businesses as well as medium-sized companies.

As a result of globalisation markets and production in different countries become increasingly dependent of each other, and the connections become more intensive. For example any companies are searching for opportunities in Eastern Europe or are taken over by companies with a non-German background. This offers the great opportunity for us to open a new corporate entity in Riga/Latvia during the next six months which will enable us to offer medium-sized companies the chance to benefit from our experience.

Focusing on holistic guidance is also very important for us. Our network with business partners from all important areas of corporate duties and responsibilities thus enables us to offer our clients efficient and competent advice.
